Welcome!

There are two levels of membership in Servas: Friend, and Host/Traveler. All members agree to abide by our Ethos & Values and need to reside in the USA and be age 18 or over.

Friend Membership
Every Servas member begins at the Friend level as a dues-paying supporter of Servas ($33 annually). Friends can participate in local activities and receive Servas Uganda updates.

Host/Traveler Membership
There are 2 types of Servas Hosts: Hosts, those who welcome Travelers into their home, usually for a two-night stay; and Day Hosts, often those who cannot host overnight Travelers but who can meet up with them to show them around their city or area where they live.

Servas Travelers can contact Servas Hosts around the world to arrange a stay with them (typically for two nights) or to meet a Servas Day Host.

As a Servas Host/Traveler you will have access to the Servas Uganda website. There you will post your Profile so other Servas members can know something about you, including whether you are a Host, Day Host, and/or Traveler. Through the Servas Uganda website you will be able to connect with any of the thousands of Servas members around the world.
